How Does CREWeSIM Work?
Learn how to set up and activate your CREWeSIM quickly and easily.
Activate eSIM
From the "Manage" page in the app, select the eSIM you want to activate. Tap the "Activate eSIM" button in the eSIM details page.
Grant Permissions
You will be redirected to the Settings page where an eSIM activation prompt will appear. Proceed by granting the necessary permissions.
Wait for Activation
Activation may take a few minutes. Once activated, go to Settings > Cellular and check under SIMs to see if the eSIM is marked as On.
Configure eSIM Settings
In Settings > Cellular, tap the eSIM listed under SIMs to view its settings. If the eSIM is off, you can switch it On here. Although not required for every eSIM, it is recommended to enable Data Roaming from this screen.
Select for Data
Finally, to use your eSIM for internet, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data and select the eSIM you installed. Everything is now ready—your data plan is active. If you encounter any issues, please contact us through help center.
